As you all know Korcett and the K.A.M. is fanatical about our Ticketing System. Almost every Newsletter and Educational Document we send you has a reminder to always write down the Ticket Number. Back in March we started using Zendesk as our Ticketing System. We have been so happy with Zendesk that our own Director of Operations, Clinton Cory, partnered with them to host a quick 27 minute webinar about how Korcett best uses Zendesk internally. We love that Clinton makes the connection between both Korcett and Zendesk being customer facing and culturally driven to always be improving their customer service.
