This Newsletter was devoted to the entire Support Team (K.A.M. The Help Desk, and the NOC). It gave great tips to pass along to your residents about how to contact the Support Team and troubleshoot at home. Also, we introduced our monthly Employee Spotlight. This reoccurring spotlight will let you get to know a member of the Korcett family every month. This month we introduced our Director of Support Operations, Rudy Robledo, and yes, he’s pretty cool.
