It’s October 4th and the K.A.M. is here to dare to say that the Fall Move in is over. Residents are moved in and have gone back to school. They should all have accounts set up and be using the Internet in their rooms and all over the complex.
A few reminders about the Internet…
1. Please remember to remind your residents that the easiest and fastest way to get an issue resolved it to call our Support Team at 1-800-379-3729.
2. Always have your residents write down and take a note of their Ticket Number. This is helpful for on going Support. Also, if you need to to contact the K.A.M. about a resident the quickest way for us to pull up information about the problem is to search by that Ticket Number.
3. If you hear from any residents who are confused on how to add a device to their account, take a look at this blog post with some helpful videos to find MAC Addresses. The More You Know
